  1. Push-ups

Place your hands on ground wider which gives comfortable portion and spread your shoulder wider. Lower your chest towards floor slightly touching on it. Lie on a carpet surface which gives you comfortness to your back and shoulder. Raise your shoulder towards your knee flat on the surface.   1. Triceps Immerse

Use your own body weight  sitting at the edge of the chair placing your legs at straight line motion. Bend down your body along 90 degrees down. Raise your body upwards which gives pressure on your triceps. Try this workout for two sets of 10 counting.

 

  1. Walking lunges

Lunges are the great exercise for building tight muscles. Position yourself in standing motion, take a massive step forward with knee bent at 90 degree and keep your knees over the ankle to pressure the midsection of your stomach. Take another step forward and repeat the exercise until you feel exhausted.
